👉Their hiring process involved a lot of manual work. The Zolo team wanted to restructure their whole hiring process. Primary objectives involved automation, screening at scale and candidate skill-based screening to make hiring decisions.
👉Zolo wanted to evaluate the technical capabilities and behavioral competencies of the candidates, such as Confidence, Leadership Ability, Emotional Intelligence, Drive, Teamwork and ensure the candidates are a cultural fit.
💡 Since the problem encircled two aspects i.e. determining candidates on technical skills along with behavioral competencies, a fusion of pre-employment tools and BEI technique was used here.
