Headstart is India’s largest entrepreneurship and startup oriented organization having a presence in 30 cities. The organization launched HS Inturn - An initiative to support talented students graduating in 2020.
Being one of the biggest startup ecosystem enablers of the country, they on-boarded 12 startups who were keen in fresher hiring and hiring interns.
👉 Headstart received more than 1000 applications overnight for this event. Screening and shortlisting the right candidates for each job role manually could have been a nightmare. 👉 The organization has just 2 days to screen and shortlist the top 30 applicants from this large pool for candidates
👉 Headstart Inturn needed a bias-free hiring process that screened the candidates using skill assessments and psychometric tests. A detailed skill reportof each candidate had to be shared with the hiring startups.
💡 Interviews were conducted in a speed-dating format. Every startup interviewed 30 curated candidates, spending atleast 10min with each candidate. Every candidate got a chance to interview with 12 companies. 💡 Xobin team created customized assessments for fresher hiringacross functions like technology, marketing and customer service. The startup temperament of candidates was assessed using the Big-5 Psychometric Test.
🔥 Online skill assessment for all 1000+ candidates took place during the weekend with no manual effort. With 1-Click shortlisting, the organization could filter and shortlist the top 30 applicants. 🔥 Every startup interviewed 30 curated candidates, spending atleast 10mins with each one. Every shortlisted candidate got a shot at a virtual interview with the 12 hiring startups.
🔥80% of the shortlisted candidates received atleast 1 offer letters. 60% of candidates bagged more than one offer.
